With this tool, you can categorise all of your wedding planning spending, record deposits paid, assign a due date, and make notes about each individual item. We have been investigating this problem recently and found that the system has problems handling large photo uploads. I've been working on addressing this issue for the past couple of weeks and I've just completed a major upgrade of the photo upload code on SharedWeddings.<br /><br />Fingers crossed, you shouldn't experience any futher problems with uploading photos of any size now. So one thing that we thought might be useful is that every time you make an update (e.g. new blog post, new photos, create a poll etc.) to your wedding website - a note automatically appears on your facebook profile telling your friends about the update.<br /><br />So to enable this function in your Facebook profile - login to your Facebook, on the left side bar - under 'Applications', click 'more' and then 'Notes'. Once on the notes page, select the 'Import a Blog' or 'Edit Import Settings' link on the right hand side of the screen. The site has been up for a couple of months so we decided its time we started a blog to record our progress and plans for the future.<br /><br />Right from the start, we’ve had quite lots of interest in the site from couples all over the world preparing for their wedding and looking to create their free wedding website. The thing is that you can do all the software testing in the world but…..there’s nothing like getting real users to test drive a new website. So its been a hectic first couple of months - mostly involving ironing out the initial bugs that were still in the system and tweaking things to run more smoothly on the site.
